3. Reservations and Cancellations

Restaurant Reservations

• Reservations are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to confirm reservations
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance
• No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee

Event Services

• Event bookings require a deposit
• Cancellations made 7+ days in advance receive full refund
• Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to fees
• Weather-related cancellations will be handled case-by-case

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service:

• Restaurant dining: Payment due at time of service
• Catering: 50% deposit required, balance due before event
• Cooking classes: Full payment required at booking
• Private events: Deposit required, payment schedule provided

We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions that may affect your dining experience. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs:

• We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
• Cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen
• You assume responsibility for your dietary choices
• We recommend consulting with our staff before ordering
